Additionally, auditors investigated other aspects of the company's architecture, including management philosophy, human resources policies, training, and a variety of controls that ensure a company culture of client protection (i.e., employee honesty and integrity). All data was presented in an auditable format, including employee manuals, security doctrines, training records, past employee records, and sample customer contracts.
